This laser is designed for 40Gbps serial applications. The laser has a built in modulator, DFB laser, modulator driver, optical isolator, monitor PIN-PD, TEC, and thermistor. This package is XLMD-MSA compliant.

These lasers are designed for short to long reach applications including DWDM at 10 Gbit/s. There are three types of optical interfaces: LC receptacle, SC receptacle and pigtail.
Receptacle interfaces are for pluggable optical modules such as XFP, X2 and XENPAK, and pigtail interface is mainly for 300pin SFF Transponder.

These lasers are designed for long reach applications at 10 Gbit/s.
There are two types of 10 Gbit/s EML packages: 7pin butterfl y package with GPO connector type (NP), and Wavelength Locker integrated type in NP package (CE) for 50GHz spacing DWDM.

These lasers are designed for 10GbE, SONET OC192, and 40Gbps x 4wavelengths applications. Our uncooled coaxial package is XMD MSA compliant and includes a flexible circuit board interface for excellent high frequency performance.
